When teenagers Sebastian and Tracy are invited to visit their Great Aunt Alice in the Scottish Highlands, they jump at the chance to stay in a real ancient castle!Teaming up with their new friends Kevin and Beattie, the four teenagers ignore warnings not to go exploring without permission, and instead search for the hidden chamber that’s rumoured to hold a secret treasure.

But Tracy becomes intrigued by a painting of the castle on her bedroom wall. It seems to change every night, accompanied by strange sounds of crying. And there’s a face at the window in the painting that wasn’t there before.
