Just Sarah: More Than Fifty Years of a Doctor Who Companion includes a guide to Sarah’s travels in the TARDIS and beyond; examinations of her relationship with the Doctor; a look at the horror tropes in tales like Planet of Evil and The Brain of Morbius; recollections of Sladen’s other roles (often for Third Doctor producer, Barry Letts); warm memories from artists, Colin Howard and Martin Geraghty; and much more.

Plus, of course, why she’s not Sarah Jane Smith – she is just Sarah.

Philip Bates currently runs the Doctor Who Companion website (the popular successor to Kasterborous), and has previously written for Candy Jar. His ‘10 Objects of the Brigadier’ piece was featured in non-fiction book The Brigadier: Declassified.

Editor Philip Bates has recently completed Just Sarah and submitted it to Candy Jar. We are now editing it. Meanwhile, editing has finished on the Doctor Who Christmas Specials book and it  is now being proofread. Both titles will be sent to the printers as soon as they’re ready.

As for When I Say Run, Run!, the manuscript is at its closing stages, and we expect to receive it shortly.
