Candy Jar Books is proud to publish the winners of the second South Wales Short Story competition. The competition was created to give up-and-coming writers a platform to showcase their talents.  The selected stories celebrate the diversity of this year’s entries. From achingly poignant studies of personal loss, to the life-saving powers of salmon teriyaki, from the love of a princess for a fisherman, to imaginary friends who just can’t stop getting you into  trouble, this collection brings together an eclectic mix of some the best new writing.
